Spinach & Artichoke Dip: Date Added: 17 Aug 2016

1-2 cans quartered artichokes (depends on your love of artichokes)
1 box frozen chopped spinach
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup shredded/grated Parmesan cheese or Asiago/Romano/Parm blend
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons dried chopped or minced onions
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon beau monde (substitute with 1/2 teaspoon celery salt + 1/2 teaspoon onion powder)
Shredded mozzarella & Parmesan for topping

Cooking Instructions

1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2) Drain artichokes and chop into 1/2" pieces. Remove any tough petals.
3) Thaw and drain spinach. Squeeze out excess water.
4) Mix all ingredients together well; pour/spread mixture into a casserole dish. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over top. Bake for 30 minutes or until top is lightly browned and bubbling.
5) Serve with crackers of your choice!
