Chicken & Noodles: Date Added: 17 Aug 2016

3-4 lbs of dark meat chicken (legs and thighs)
2 chicken bolluion cubes
Bag of your choice of wide egg noodles
1 cup of all purpose flour

Cooking Instructions

1) Par-boil all of the chicken in one pot with just enough water to cover all chicken approximately 30-45 minutes until the meat is coming off the bone.
2) Take chicken out of pot and remove the meat and put back in water (minus the skin and bone). Bring to a full boil and add the bouillon and noodles to the pot with chicken. Cook together until noodles are tender and turn heat to low.
3) In a separate bowl add flour and COLD water. Whisk together until "pancake batter" like.
4) slowly add flour mixture to the noodles and chicken while stirring until the water thickens into gravy. Let sit on top of stove off from heat for a few minutes and serve.
