Cranberry Salsa: Date Added: 30 Jul 2011

Ingredients

1 16-Ounce Can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 Tablespoon finely chopped shallots
1 jalapeno chili pepper, seeded and finely diced
1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 Tablespoon chopped cilantro

Cooking Instructions

1. Place all ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well to combine.
2. The cranberry salsa may be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
3. Serve at room temperature. Yield: 2 cups.
