Italian Meatball Soup: Date Added: 28 Jul 2011

1 package (18 oz.) fully-cooked Italian-seasoned beef meatballs
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 can (about 14 oz.) ready-to-serve beef broth
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes
1 cup water
1/3 cup uncooked small pasta shells
shredded Parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

Servings Serves 8
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes

1. Combine meatballs, vegetables, broth, tomatoes, water and pasta in large saucepan; bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat; simmer 8 to 10 minutes until pasta is tender.
3. To serve sprinkle with shredded Parmesan as desired.
