Sour Cream Baked Chicken: Date Added: 17 Aug 2016

4-6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Dried Dill
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Melter Butter
1 regular size Sour Cream
1 1/2 cups Italian Bread Crumbs

Cooking Instructions

Slice chicken breast in half.
In a medium bowl mix sour cream, salt, pepper, and dried dill.
Add chicken breast, cover, and marinate in fridge for 1-2 hours.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spread olive oil evenly.
Take the chicken out of the bowl, shake excess sour cream off and dredge each piece in the bread crumbs so that all sides are fully coated.
Place the coated chicken on the prepared pan, drizzle the top of each piece with melted butter.
Bake at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
