(Pie Filling) Cheese Coffeecake: Date Added: 17 Aug 2016

2 1⁄2 - 3 Cups Flour
1 Cup Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 1⁄2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon (Optional for flavor)
2 Eggs
3⁄4-1 Cup Milk
1⁄4 Cup Oil

Can of Pie Filling any flavor cherry, blueberry, or strawberry, peach

Cheese filling separate
8 oz. Cream Cheese any kind, even Nufatchel
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Cups Confectioner Sugar
6 Tbsps Butter

Cooking Instructions

1) Add lowest amount of ALL ingredients into one bowl for Coffeecake until a creamy mixture (not runny-add little flour until creamy or less/more milk) not dry or thick.
2) In separate bowl mix the Cheese filling ingredients at once.
3) Set oven at 350 degrees. With a 9 x 13 cake pan pour almost all the coffeecake batter hold back a CUP to 1 1⁄2 C. mixture for top.
4) Spoon the Can of Pie Filling over top of batter.
5) Add the Cream Cheese Filling over pie filling.
6) Add or spoon remaining batter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Check that center is done but cream cheese does not bake dry.
