Fried Chicken Strips: Date Added: 17 Aug 2016 Ingredients:

4 Chicken breasts (Boneless, Skinless, cut into 3 inch long strips)
3/4 cup Italian dressing
1 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Soy sauce (sodium free)
2 cups Flour
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Chili powder
Canola oil

3/4 cup Miracle Whip
1/4 cup Ketchup
1/2 tsp Chili Powder

Cooking Instructions:

Cut chicken breasts into strips.
Mix Italian dressing, pepper, salt and soy sauce together. Pour over chicken. Marinate in fridge in a covered container (or gallon size zipper bags) for 4 to 6 hrs or overnight.
Mix flour, garlic and chili powders together. Coat chicken.
Pour enough canola oil into pan to cover chicken, approximately 1-1/2 to 2 inches high. Heat to 400 degrees (I use an electric fry pan-works better than a frying pan on the stove). Place no more than 8 chicken strips into the pan at once. Cook until golden brown on both sides (approximately 3 to 5 minutes each side).
Drain on rack or paper towel.
Mix sauce ingredients together approximately 1 hr before chicken fingers are done. Place in fridge to set. Enjoy !!!
